Here is an interesting use of an iPod (having video capability) I found on the Integrated Success Program“ web-site.
I came across Alexandra Cattoni’s Mind Movie and thought it would work well on an iPod. This is an inspired idea and it should not be that difficult to make one for yourself. I am going to make one for myself, that is a certainty. Continue Reading…

In a recent article in New Scientist, the European Commission is proposing a requirement for a default safe volume limit. The proposal arises due to findings that many iPod users listen to their iPod content with volumes sufficient to cause permanent damage, particularly in environments with high background noise (busy city streets, public transit, aircraft, etc).
Under the proposal, a safe default level of 80 decibels would be placed on devices (such as iPods, mp3 players and (and cellphones that play music

There always seems to be a lot of inquiry with regard to finding the ideal iPhone cover. I have recently found a product called the Invisible Shield which has proved to do a great job protecting your iPhone (or iPod) while not interfering with the sleek look. It is a clear film cover that protects every inch of your iPhone. Continue Reading…

I recently upgraded iTunes to version 8.2.0.23 and had a real scare. After uploading and re-starting the computer (recommended after the upgrade) I attached my iPod Classic to transfer over some music, iTunes both locked up! Of course, I had the “Do Not Disconnect” message flashing on my iPod (it had not / could not) be ejected. Continue Reading…

I really like this app. Once I downloaded it, I had no use for the “notes” app that came with it. I wish I could delete it. I especially enjoy the color and size settings. I would like to see an update that allows you to change the colours of the pads too. That would be reallly sweet.

Ibowl, though fun, can be kind of dangerous. I haven’t damaged my Touch while playing this game, however, I keep feeling like I may end up accidentally letting go of my iPod and throwing it across the room. I am not at all complaining about this game! It’s fantastic! I just reallly don’t like the feeling I may end up throwing my iPod trying to get a strike.

Tic Tac Free is … well… Tic Tac Toe, but BETTER! I love the different settings, such as Two Players, different difficulties and choosing the moves you want to make. All these things make it so much more fun and addicting. I also love the graphics that make it look like a chalkboard. This creates a great, visually appealing game that is fun for any age!
