Live Happy application for iTouch / iPhone

Easy AdSense by Unreal

I have another blog dedicated to Personal Development. This application provides cross-over interest for between these two interests (and blogs).

The Live Happyapp is “A Happiness Boosting Positive Psychology Program developed with Dr. Sonja Lyubomirsky, author of The How of Happiness and professor of psychology at University of California at Riverside.

Dr. Lyubomirsky has undertaken research into the science of happiness and gratitude, both common buzz-words in the field of Personal Development. Recent research, however, has begun to document the benefits of an “Attitude of Gratitude” and the corresponding implications to one’s happiness.

In additon, please note that the creator’s are “… donating a portion of every app sale to the Live Your Life Well program, a public education campaign … dedicated to helping people combat stress and promote well being”.

  1. Thanks for sharing! I work for the iphone application development so I try to follow all the news about different iphone apps. I believe in power of positive thinking and visualisation, so I personally would like to check out this LiveHappy app. It seems to be really helpful when you`ve got some stress or when there`s nothing to make you happy.

  2. Yes, it does seem to be a potentially useful application for today’s stress-filled lifestyle. Very easy to use for those with an iPhone / Touch.

    Thanks for the comment!
